AIEEE 2010 Application Form – AIEEE 2010

All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) application form 2010 are expected to be available in first week of December 2009 and till first week of January 2010. AIEEE is the most popular engineering Entrance examination for BE/B Tech students across the country.

AIEEE Application Form 2010

AIEEE offered 9000 seats in 117 intuitions, 15 Deemed Universities, 79 other technical institutions, 18 National Institutes of Technology, and 2 state Universities through this examination. AIEEE is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The interested candidates can apply online application via official site of AIEEE.

AIEEE Exam Application Form 2010 Details:

Eligibility Criteria:

The Candidate who wants to apply for All India Engineering Entrance Examination should have passed 12th or Equivalent from a recognized Board/University with a minimum aggregate of 50 % marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Appearing in 10+2 final or equivalent examination may also apply for AIEEE.

AIEEE Courses offered:

  • B.E./B.Tech
  • B.Arch/B.Planning

Age Limit: The candidate must between 16-24 of Ages

Pattern of AIEEE 2010 Examination:

BE/BTech:

Entrance examination is of 3 hours having objective questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with equal weightage from each subject. Each question will have four options. There is a negative marking of 1/4th marks also for incorrect answers.

B.Arch/B.Planning:

Entrance examination will be of 3 hours having three parts:Mathematics, Aptitude test and Drawing test. While Mathematics and Aptitude test will have objective questions, drawing test will have questions to check the drawing aptitude of a student.

Important Dates(Tentative):

  • Date of Examination: April End, 2010
  • Date of availability of forms: December first week, 2009 and January first week, 2010
  • Last date for receipt of request for form: Mid December, 2009
  • Last date for receipt of completed application form: January second week, 2010
  • Declaration of results: First week of June, 2010

Application form and information brochure can be obtained by cash payment or by sending DD of Rs. 300/- for General & OBC and Rs. 150/

Examination and counseling fees for appearing in BE/B Tech only or B Arch/B Planning only is Rs. 1000/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 500/
