How do you go about getting refunds on dvd purchased. What if you no longer have receipts. Where do you return these and get the refunds.

I mailed in 4 videos and only got a chaeck for 15.99 even though I filled out 4 refund slips. I thought I would recieve 15.99 for each video.
I sent in 4 videos each with its own refund slip but I only got a check for 15.99. I thought is was 15.99 for each video returned.
