SIM University was established in 2005. Singapore’s Ministry of Education (MOE) approves UniSIM to award recognized Singapore degrees. Funding was received from the government by UniSIM’s programs, starting in 2008.

It is focusing on the upgrading and learning needs of working professionals and adult learners. Since 1991, more than 6,000 have graduated. Undergraduate Programs

Undergraduate programs as well as well the programs that lead to a direct honours degreeare are offered by the university at a basic degree level. The university will invite the students who are enrolled in the basic degree and are eligible to take the honours level. Usually 3 years, or 4 years with honours are taken by a basic undergraduate degree program. A minimum of 5 cu and a maximum of 20 cu per semester, comprising either compulsory or elective courses may be taken by you.

The following classes of honours awards are bestowed depending on your performance throughout your candidature:

Second Class Honours (Upper)
Second Class Honours (Lower)
Third Class Honours

Graduate Programs

Generally 6 to 12 months’ is the duration for completion the graduate diploma and 12 to 21 months for the master’s programs. For graduate program candidates, there is no credit exemption. Courses are combining lectures, case studies, presentations and/or project exercises which are delivered in seminar workshop mode. Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays. You will receive the Graduate Diploma and/or Master’s degree conferred by SIM University upon graduation.

General Studies Program

Under the General Studies programme, you can take up to a maximum of 20 credit units of courses in one semester because a course may be completed in one semester. If you like to be enrolled as an Audit or Credit student, then you have flexibility to choose. Open enrolment participants are not permitted to take examinations, but they are welcomed to attend lectures and tutorials/seminars.

Facilities

As a UniSIM student, good class facilities will be enjoyed by you at their campus which is located in the heart of the education district; the expansive campus sits on 52, 000 square metres of prime land and houses more than 120 lecture theatres, tutorial rooms, seminar rooms and computer labs. How to login to UniSIM Webmail at www.UniSim.Edu.Sg?

For login to UniSIM Webmail, you will have to open the official website at www.UniSim.Edu.Sg. The option of login will be given at the top of the page.
When you click on the login option, you will get two options first option is for student and second is for associate.
Click on the option, if you have your user id and password, then you can login by entering your user id and password.
If you are login first time, then you will have to change your password at UniSIM MyMail before login. Click on the option UniSIM MyMail.
After clicking you will get the page of terms and conditions where you will have to agree the terms and conditions after reading it care fully.
You will be re-directed to the logon page. Type you user id and password, and click on “log on” option.
After that, you will be brought to your Inbox.
To change your initial password, click Options which is given on the top right hand corner of the Outlook Web Access (OWA) interface.
Select Change Password option from the left pane and Change your password, click the Save button to effect the change.

NOTE:

The minimum length of password is 8 characters
Password should contain characters from at least three of the following categories:
Uppercase characters (A – Z)
Lowercase characters (a – z)
Base 10 digits (0 – 9)
Non-alphanumeric (For example: $, #, or %)
User is required to change password every 180 days

To sign out, click “Log Off” option on the top right hand corner of the Outlook Web Access (OWA) Interface.
