IIT-JEE 2010 Exam : IIT JEE 2010 Exam forms & syllabus

IIT JEE (Indian Institutes of Technology Joint entrance exam) will be held on 14th April 2010. You can get the IIT JEE Exams, forms and syllabus detail here. JEE (Joint entrance examination) is an entrance examination for bachelor courses in engineering in Indian Institute of Technologies (IITs). IIT-JEE 2010 Exam forms have been issued on online and offline forms will be issued on 16th, November 2009.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an all-India examination administered and conducted in eight IIT zones across the country by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) for admission to undergraduate courses at all IITs, IT-BHU, Varanasi and ISMU, Dhanbad.

IIT-JEE 2010 Exam

Eligibility criteria : The applicant for IIT JEE must have passed Intermediate (12th standard) or equivalent having 60% (55% for SC/ST applicants)

Age Limit : 25 years (30 yrs for SC/ST candidates) on Oct. 1st 2009.

On-line application process: From Sunday, November 01, 2009 to Monday December 07, 2009

Off-line application process: From Monday, November 16, 2009 to Tuesday, December 15, 2009

Last date for Submission IIT JEE 2010 Form: December 19, Saturday, 2009

IIT JEE 2010 Examination Date: April 11, Sunday, 2010

Paper 1: 09:00 – 12:00 hrs

Paper 2: 14:00 – 17:00 hrs

IIT JEE 2010 Results: May 26, Wednesday, 2010

On-line filling of choices open for ALL the qualified: May 27 to June 09, 2010

Medical examination and counseling for qualified PD Candidates : June 9-11, 2010

Counseling SC/ST/PD/DS: June 9-10, 2010

Counseling for OBC: June 10-12, 2010

Architecture/Design Aptitude Test : June 10, 2010

Examination Pattern : The pattern of IIT JEE 2010 will be same as last year pattern of IIT JEE 2009. There are two papers for total duration of three hours. Paper1 and Paper2. There is three section in each paper Physics, Chemistry and Maths. To get last year Exam paper Click here.

Offline forms : If You want to get the IIT JEE offline form then you can buy application form with information brochure from any one of the designated branches of banks by paying Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PD/Female candidates (Yellow Color envelope) or Rs.1000/- for all other candidates (White Color envelope).
