iocl Recruitment Application – Indian Oil Corporation Jobs (News)

Indian oil corporate limited (IOCL) is the largest commercial enterprise in India. Recently it announced recruitment for the Engineers. If you want to do application for this post than you can apply before 13th February 2010, which is the last date of this Application. Interested candidates who are meeting with Indian Oil’s requirements can apply online. After the selection procedure based on their performance in the written test, they are further called for group discussion/group task and interview.

IOCL Applications are invited for the recruitment of Engineers and Graduate Apprentice Engineers (GAEs) in the following engineering disciplines:

• Chemical Engineers
• Chemical Engineering (Including Petrochemicals engineering)
• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering (Including Electronics & Instrumentation engineering but excluding Electronics & Communication engineering/ Telecommunication engineering)
• Mechanical Engineering (excluding Production/ Manufacturing/ Industrial engineering)
• Metallurgical Engineering

Educational qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Candidates must have passed the qualifying degree examination and awarded the Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in the above disciplines (full-time regular courses only) from recognized Indian universities / institutes.
• Candidates (belonging to General and OBC category) should have secured minimum 65% marks in the qualifying final exam. It is relaxing with a “pass class” for SC / ST / PH candidates.
• Candidates are now in the final year of their technical studies may also apply. But if selected, they must be able to submit their final mark sheet on July 31, 2010.

Age limit

For General Categories Candidates: Maximum 26 years as on 30th June, 2010.
For OBC /SC/ST/PH candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directive.
