- The post of Consultant Dietetics advertised vide Advt.No.16/EI(2)-PGI-2009 is hereby withdrawn for the time being.
- For the post of Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at Sr.No.18, Health Economics (SPH) at Sr.No.33, and Anatomy at Sr.No.40, Non-medical Scientists can also be considered.
- By the orders of the competent authority has right to increase/decrease the number of posts.
- Selection against post reserved for SC/ST/OBC shall be tentative and subject to final decision of Civil Writ Petition no.15687 of 2007 title as Surinder Batra versus.

For getting information, you can visit the office personally or on written request accompanied by a self addressed & stamped (Rs.10/-) envelope (27 cm x 12 cm) along with a Demand Draft of Rs.525/- (Rs.275 for SC/ST candidates). The demand draft will have to give in the favor of the Director PGIMER, Chandigarh payable at State Bank of India, Sector 12, Chandigarh (Code No.1524) as non-refundable fee. You can also get the same application form from the PGIMER website, a DD of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates) should be attached with application towards application fee.
