UP (Uttar Pradesh) Police recruitment process has been started on today 24th October, 2009 and it will be running for next 3 months. Police recruitment selections process is based on the running race. Male candidates will have to run a distance of 10 kilometers in hours and female aspirants will have to run 5 km in 35 minutes.
The Police headquarters instructions says a micro chip is set in heel of every candidate to record time taken by that candidate in the entire race to complete it. Every Day they will be taken 200 candidates exams. This recruitment process supervises by 3 government doctors, 3 deputy police superintendents and 3 sub-divisional magistrates. The candidates height and weight will measured by computerize gadget. Uttar Pradesh police has made up an exclusive strategy to make the fair recruitment. The successful candidates list will be prepared on the basic of their merit.
