On Thursday 25th February, 2010 Andrew Koenig was found dead in a wooded area of a sprawling downtown park. As on 14th February, Andrew Koenig had been missing. A week after his parents, Walter and Judith, reported him missing Koenig was found dead of an apparent suicide on 25th February in Vancouver. The cause of the death was suicide but it was not yet confirmed. Koenig’s father, Walter Koenig announced in front of media that “My son took his own life.” Referring his son’s depression, Walter Koenig also said that “He was obviously in a lot of pain.”
Andrew Koenig is an actor, cameraman, editor, and director. In the ABC sitcom Growing Pains, Koenig is the most famous for his 25 episodes as Richard Stabone (“Boner”). Recently, he was working on behalf of the people of Burma. In his whole life, he was a militant. During the 2008 Rose Bowl parade, he was arrested for protesting American participation in China’s Olympics due to China’s support of the Burma military regime.
