About Andrew Koenig :“Growing Pains” star Andrew Koenig was founded dead in a Vancouver park on Thursday 25 February 2010 after missing for nearly two weeks. In Vancouver’s Stanley Park, Andrew Koenig’s body was identified about noon by police. However, police would not give details on cause of the death. According to police, no weapons were involved and that no foul play is suspected in Andrew Koenig’s death.
Andrew Koenig’s father said that he was a great guy and good human being but he has committed suicide due to he was in a lot of pain at a press conference on Thursday evening. The British Colombia coroner’s office has handled the case. Andrew Koenig was 41 years old actor and was missing since 16 February 2010. Police is called by her parents after receiving a disturbing letter of Andrew Koenig. His father Walter declined to discuss details on the note in an interview with UsMagazine.com but his son was not taking medication for depression that revealed by him.
The last person, who saw Koenig alive, is Burlesque artist Jenny Magenta told that when he arrived in Vancouver Feb. 11 to visit her, he was looking healthy and they were talked about old times and friends. But she said that he soon began acting “out of character,” he insisted on paying her for allowing him to stay at her apartment. She said that it is just strange that a friend who you have known for years comes to visit you and he want to pay you rent.” In addition, she said that on 14 February, when she woke up she found that he was missing.
Koenig’s father received emails from depressed people and their loved ones. He answered “hundreds of e-mails” to express hope this tragedy would help them.
