Very shocking news reveled today at the internet. The 57 year old famous televangelist Benny Hinn’s wife Suzanne Harthern has filed for divorce paper in Orange County Superior Court on February 1st, 2010 in Southern California. The Benny Hinn and Suzanne married on August 4th, 1979 and they have four children. The actual divorce reason is unknown yet.
According to the Source, Pastor, Benny Hinn and his family were shocked and disappointed to learn this shocking news without any previous notice.
Currently, Benny Hinn has been living in Dana Point, a wealthy coastal community in southern Orange County. Benny Hinn Ministries is based in Grapevine, Texas, and operates a church and television studio in Aliso Viejo, in California. He is best known advocate of the prosperity gospel and also known one of the famous TV Christian programs “This is Your Day,” which is broadcasts worldwide TV networks, this television program seen everyday by millions of people around the world.
He is one of six televangelists under investigation by Republican Sen. Charles Grassley of Iowa. Benny Hinn Ministries supports to 60 Missions organization across the world and several Orphanages across the nations. Benny Hinn is also the author and he sold a number of best inspirational Christian books.

I think it’s real important to remember that those with great callings don’t necessarily have maturity in every area of their lives. For example, a person may have a strong anointing on their life but not be real mature or necessarily healthy emotionally. I’m not suggesting this is true in the case of Pastor Hinn or his wife. I have no idea what their personal lives are like. But I think it’s good to remember that people all grow at different rates and spiritual understanding doesn’t mean people are mature in every area of their lives. For example, I know a Pastor very closely, who I know is not healthy emotionally. He’s gained alot of spiritual knowledge but he doesn’t relate well in all inner personal relationships. I know this is true because I’ve witnessed this first hand. Many do not ever deal with their childhood issues, experiences, fears, anger, etc. We must have mercy on others because we all need it ourselves. We are all dealing with various things in our own lives, in order to come to greater emotional, mental and spiritual well being. Let us have patience, not judge and show wisdom in these matters.
Not Benny, church Satan is fighting us as Christians,and he is targeting is christian family. i very well know that this is not Suzanne or Benny but it is Satan himself trying to bring Christianity to shame.
I feel this is the time we stand and rebuke Satan out of Benny’s family, this couple has been a good example to many upcoming Christians like us. i cant stand to see this happening.

I cannot believe this. I agree with Jessica. This is not the Benny or Suzanne I know, but the devil. Church, the devil hates us and he wants to destroy us. We need to keep this couple in prayer. Divorce must not rip them apart. This is got nothing to do with Benny or his wife. It is the devil. He wants to put christians to shame but he will fail in Jesus’ name.

The church needs to realize that its more blessed to give than to receive…We all have recieved so much from this Family Of God…but how much have we given back in praying for this warrior of God in our prayers…fighting principalities and forces of darkness as a one man army in literally every nation…CHURCH ARISE THIS IS THE TIME TO PRAY FOR HIS SAINTS…AND NOT TO JUDGE…Our war is not against flesh and blood but against evil principalities in high places…

This is definately shocking, and how coincidental it is that Benny Hinn was just about to open the Gospel up to Iran via satellite. Just as he reached this critcal turning point, his marriage is torn apart. it is shocking how some of the responses almost look like certain people are gloating over the sad predicament of a truly great man of God..there seems to be so much hatred towards healing evangelists …well if that is the case the first one you must stumble over is Christ Himself who according to scripture healed all who came to him…if anyone denies the power of God that works actively in those who believe in Jesus Christ then that person cannot be called a ChrIstian…of course there is still so much evil in this world and there are many who do not get healed and bad things happen to good people..But watch out for the kingdom of God is breaking out…As Pr.Mathew has said Satan is desperate for his time is running out…’Our father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. I was very shocked to hear this news today! I simply could not believe that this was happening but the Holy Spirit revvealed to my mentor and I that this is an attack form from the Devil because Benny;s ministry decided to start ministering to America! And that in doing so the SPIRIT of DIVORCE which is so dominate here is trying to fight them!!!! And also some satanic agents that have been assgined for them- but I decree right now that their mission will fail miserablely in the name of JESUS!!I agree with you pasotr, that The devil is fighting with strong men of God because he has less than hours remaining till his eternal DOOM!! I am saddened, and my heart goes out to them and their children and further families. This is not a time for judging but loving, a time to be real, to grieve and do what is necassary. I have been helped by Benny’s books and teaching over the years, and each morning it’s ‘Good Morning Holy Spirit’. May the grace of God be with you all, and the Glory of God be seen even in the darkest hour. Was is not the darkest of dark hours when our Lord called out ‘It is finished’? Yet we all remain imperfect until that glorious day we meet together at the banquet of the Lamb. God hates divorce, but please take a look at Jer 3 v 8 before anyone should be tempted to cast the first stone. Shalom be poured into this heat breaking time.
