Hi Deanna, you have a very inspirational website. Have to tell you my 76 year old mother has survived breast cancer for 8 years now and is in remission. She lives at the Westin condominiums in Edina. She ran into Brett a couple of weeks ago. She is the biggest football fan I know. She told Brett how thankful she was that he came back. She said he gave her the warmest smile and said thanks so much. It really made her day. Keep up your great work . Thank You. T. Waddick

Deanna, I have watched you and Brett over the years and I am so hopeful that you can work this out somehow. I know how difficult it is. My husband and I have been going through things in the last four years that have truly devastated me. Sent me to the hospital twice under suicide watch and I am now living on antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications. Things for me are very rough and I am always in a dark place and can’t seem to find my way out. I also have two daughters. One is Brittney’s age and the other is 20. I am struggling with depression all the time. Although we are not in the public eye, many people know of what he did and we are shunned nonetheless. It is very difficult for me because I did not do anything wrong, yet I am lumped into his mess somehow, probably because I remain married to him. These were serious things that caused legal consequences and immense embarrassment. My girls did not take it well either. I would love to get some insight from you because you seem to brave and can deal with things way better than myself. I am a sinking blob into a hole of darkness. Not quite sure how far down I will go before I don’t ever see the light any more. You are inspirational to me and I need to know how to get out of this place I live in from day to day. I’m hoping you can help me, but i know you are dealing with quite a handful yourself. I have always loved Brett, though it all, even now when I seem to be the only fan around here (Franklin, Wisconsin) where I live. I am Vikings now until he decides to finally hang up those cleats. My greatest hope is to watch you and and see how you handle this struggle and hopefully I can get through mine. God Bless you and your family!

AS AN X COACH AS AN X TEACHER AS A PARENT AS AN X-TRAVELING SALESMAN.

Deanna Farve is what our grandchildren would call, “A HOTTIE.” I think having said that Brett Farve being in the public eye is sructinized more for being a perosn who makes news, good or bad. Media feeds off of such trash and exploits to their advantage. Selling what I call an old show Murray Polpavich use to have called, “Current Affairs.” Great show that changed it’s forum to stay alive in the ratings, with that change they did, so did I, to what I called, “SMUTT AFFAIRS.” I think that the lime light (SPORTS AND ATHLETES AT THE TOP OF THIER GAME) sometimes leaves a person empty physically as well as mentally when the game is over and they were the shinning light and then the lights are turned off. A person does things to adjust to that emptiness that sometimes is a feeling of social repair that is a dark cloud with many reprecussions. Brett in a quiet dark night, lonely and soul searching depreviation gains masquilinity in a conquest.

Man is a weird type of human with multiple feeling, emotional as well as physical. When the lights have been shut off and the cheering stopped there is emptiness all around him and a void is present. That fullfillment needs to be fullfilled some how and just maybe that is what happens to athletes to recapture something or someone and put them back in the spotlight for another brief moment.

    Just food for thought!

Someone needs to sit Mr. Favre down and tell him he is an old man!!!!! It is freakish how close the two women look …almost like sisters. He is trying to hard to not age…and in doing so he isn’t doing it with any kind of grace…
I worked on Oncology for my entire Nursing Career….this is not uncommon…Men for some reason find young pretty girls after the wives battle with breast cancer….
Terrible display of character on the mans part. She sure didn’t find a young stud muffin after his addiction….:(
