The funeral of Chris Henry was arranged on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009. This news is very pitiable for everyone because Chris Henry has been passed away and not with us. He was died on 17th December at 6:36 a.m. Henry was 26 years old and he died because of huge head injuries after falling out of the back of a pickup truck which was driven by his fiancee, Loleini Tonga. The pickup truck was going “very fast” before it came to a quick stop at an intersection. Henry died about 18 hours later at Carolinas Medical Center. The funeral of Chris Henry was announced by the Bengals. Memorial services were held on Tuesday at Alario Center in Westwego, La., near downtown New Orleans. The funeral service began at 1 p.m. Friends, family, teammates and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell had attended the funeral service. About 115 members of the Bengals organization and former teammates, including T.J. Houshmandzadeh, were at the service. In funeral service, Goodell said “He was a young man who struggled, made some decisions that he regretted but put himself on the right path. I’m proud of that and him. That’s what makes it more tragic is to see it end that quickly.”
