You will be shocked and feel amazing when you will hear the story of 32 years old, David Smith. In the year 2003, Smith’s weight was 630 pounds (285 kg) and this year his weight is 229 pounds (103 kg). He has lost near about 400 pounds which is surprising. He has not taken any weight loss pills.
Smith had come on the TLC show “The 650-pound Virgin” where Jimmy takes a look at the amazing weight loss success story of a former 630-pound man. Smith told that he was closed to death when his weight was 630 pounds. He had no friends and he felt lonely in his house. He did not wanted to live life but all of a sudden he woke up and thought to solve his problem rather than to spoil his life.
Smith lost over 400 pounds using a system of moderate exercise and the STAX nutrition system, a low-carb and moderate-fat diet plan designed by his personal trainer Chris Powell. David told that it was not an easy task but he had to face many difficulties in weight loss system.
When he started losing weight he could walk only 500 feet and now he can walk for days. People laughed at him by looking on his face and body and took his pictures. He had to face problems at every step of his life. He lost 400 pounds but he has excess skin. He wears a large shirt and he is still fighting to get over his shyness around women and his fear of rejection.

First I want to say you look great and your friend Chris is also an amazing person. I am a 49 year old married mother of 2 sons ages 21 and 15. I weigh 310 lbs. and I am just not happy with myself anymore.
My oldest son weighs about 250lbs. right now at age 21 and I don’t want him to be like me and my family.
A year ago we moved from New Jersey to Florida away from family and friends. My husband wanted to move here, not my idea of happiness at all since I am very much a family person. I think over this year I have gained even more weight because I am so depressed about being here and haven’t found a job yet. Back in New Jersey I was working and always keeping busy, here I just sit.
I wish I had a Chris like you had David. I wish you all the luck in the whole and I know someday you are going to make one lady very happy.
