Your story inspired me to make a change in my life as well. I use to weight 140 and now I am up to 210. For the thats a very unhealthy weight and I am trying to get back down to where I once was. LOL it is hard i know i had to do 50 lbs of it again 6 years ago when my son came but i went back to my routine and way of eating and i did it if you would like to see after pics myspace is where most of my pics reside my name ia amanda keith and illinois and 31 is my age. good luck.
