If you will be the winner of the “Discover the Magic Sweepstakes”, Disney and Sara Lee Soft & Smooth, then you can also win a lunch with three guests to Los Angeles with the Wizards of Waverly Place cast on the set of their show and other magical prizes.
You can discover the Magic Sweepstakes of Sara Lee Soft & Smooth by entering the contest at this address Disney.com/DiscoverTheMagic and fill the form online. You have to enter the word found on the back panel of your package, enter an UPC Code that you will find printed on the back of eligible packages of Sara Lee Soft & Smooth bakery products.
Sweepstakes will be ended on November 30, 2009. If you are not a member, you have to sign-up for a membership at Disney Channel.com. You have to register as members of www.DisneyChannel.com to be eligible to participate.

Eligibility: Wizards of Waverly Place Discover the Magic Sweepstakes is open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 8 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (collectively, “Territory”)
Promotion or Entry Period: Wizards of Waverly Place Discover the Magic Sweepstakes is commencing at 12:01:00 A.M., August 1 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., November 30, 2009.
How To Enter: You may enter this Sweepstakes via the Internet by login to Disney.com/discoverthemagic.
Limit: Entries are limited to-Entry per person/Address/Code for each day during the Entry Period, regardless of method of Entry or whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address.
Disney Discover The Magic Sweepstakes Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A five (5) day / (4) night trip for winner and (3) guests (”Group”) to Los Angeles, California (”City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (”Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] visit to the set of Wizards of Waverly Place (”Show”) to see the taping of an episode (”Taping”),
[2] an opportunity to have lunch with Sponsor-selected cast members of the Show on the Show set, subject to cast availability (”Meet and Greet”);
[3] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) nights;
[4] hotel/Taping transfers;
[5] 1-Day Park Hopper® tickets for Group, including access to Disneyland® Park and Disney’s California Adventure® Park.
[6] hotel/Park transfers;
[7] one (1) $3,000 check awarded to Parent
[8] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (”airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, then round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners’ residence and the hotel and
