Gateway 2 is a Room Escape game which is designed by Anders Gustafsson and it has been released! Gateway is the wonderful game and the sequel of the very successful first Gateway game made by JayIsGames. To get the next room, you need to solve puzzles again in this game.

The Gateway 2 game contains very nice pseudo 3D animations and a few simple puzzles once again. This game is easy to play, not so difficult and the final result is a very trendy and refined game. Extremely suggested for a 15 minute break.

Gateway II Walkthrough:

Use the following steps to complete the game.

First tape

1. Enter the door to the left
2. Hit the button on the door
3. Pick up the mirror and look at the wall mirror
4. Turn on the warm water and the code should appear on the mirror
5. Open the cabinet with the code and take the tape
6. As the orange girl leaves, walk to the door as it closes
7. Walk back under the light and shine the mirror at the eye
8. Watch the tape

Second tape

1. Enter the door to the right
2. This is the first tricky puzzle now. You have to have all the bridge parts blackened to proceed
3. Pick up everything you can here, including a screwdriver in the drawer
4. Put the newspaper under the door and pick the lock with the screwdriver
5. The key should fall on the screwdriver, so pick that up too.
6. Unlock the door and simply walk right to get the next tape
7. The orange girl appears again, and you have to blacken the bridge again to proceed
8. Watch the next tape

Third tape

1. Enter the new door
2. Turn the lamp on and off three times. You should see a weird glowy thing in the black
3. Scribble below the ripped part of the pad and a number should appear. If you can’t see it clearly, it’s 86763454
4. Use the lighter with the hanging sprinkler to open the next door
5. Grab the tape but as you leave, the door closes and eyes appear
6. Open the fridge and hide behind the fridge where the eyes can’t see you
7. Use the sprinkler with the puddle of water once you’re under the light. A spectrum appears and from top to bottom, that’s the code for the door
8. The girl appears once again but this time there are no traps or tricks. Just watch the tape

Fourth tape

1. Enter the last door
2. Look through the window
3. Make the kid make the sums 24, 79, and 163. Come on, you can do math
4. Watch the girl as she turns on and off the lamp. Do the same with your lamp
5. Answer the phone and dial 11223311 (a bit like what it says on the notepad)
6. Turn on the TV and put in the code you saw on the picture in the first large room (786)
7. Grab the tape behind the bookcase and leave
8. Once again, she appears. Still no tricks
9. There’s a bit of dialogue. After it’s over, watch the tape

Endgame

1. Examine the girl
2. Judging by her neck, it looks like a cord can go into it.
3. Plug the TV cord into her
4. Enter the tape numbers in the order that they were meant to happen (264379851)
5. She stands up and there’s more dialogue. Now you’re done!
