This recent island will be more difficult than prior Poptropica quests and with lots of other things it will consists a very cool top-down view as the player travel from port to port. To achieve target the player will go on adventures, trade goods to earn money so that he can assemble a full crew and a powerful ship. The player will need everything to take on the dastardly pirate Captain Crawfish and recover the treasure from Skullduggery Island. About Skullduggery Island:
Skullduggery Island was released on May 20, 2010 and become the 13th island in the game. Just paid members of Poptropica will be able to play. On June 17, 2010 Skullduggery has been released for the rest of the players in Poptropica . A pirate theme is featured the island and a lot of your quest takes place on the high seas.
The player has the opportunity to visit 70 different countries in this virtual world that is playable in 90 different languages, including Spanish and Sanskrit to Vietnamese and Croatian. The player gets own ship, assemble a crew and try to build wealth through trade at different ports.
The Skullduggery Island adventure starts at Fort Ridley which is in the middle of a small archipelago that has been ransacked by the notorious pirate, Captain Crawfish. You will need to help the islanders who are living in extreme poverty due to Crawfish’s plundering, when you reach on the island. Then with their help, you will find out the legend of important treasure map. After that you will get your own ship and a small crew and set sail to find the pieces of the map and finally try to beat Captain Crawfish and his team of timid pirates.
