first to be able to enter the cheats you need to press SHIFT, CTRL and the letter C all at the same time… a bar at the top of the screen will show…

Other Options- testingcheatsenabled true (on this one.. after you do this you press shift , then click on objects for more options)
Family Funds- Press Control/Shift and c together to get the prompt at the top of the
screen. Enter ‘testingcheatsenabled true”. Once this is done AND you have
a person/family that you want to work with, type in familyfunds (enter the
family last name here) and then enter the (amount of money you want) then
press enter.
