The 59th Miss World pageant, Miss World 2009 was held on December 12, 2009 at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa. 112 most beautiful women from all over the world were trying to win for the Miss World 2009 title. Kaiane Aldorino was selected as the new Miss World 2009, she is from Gibraltar. She was selected among 112 participants. Miss World 2009 Result and Winner:
Miss Gibraltar Kaiane Aldorino has been crowned Miss World 2009 in a glittering ceremony in Johannesburg on Sunday night. At the end of event Aldorino said that she had no words at that moment to describe how much happy she was and what she felt about her win when she was announced winner. Miss Mexico, Perla Beltran Acosta was declared as first runner up and Tatum Keshwar as second runner-up.
