“This Is Our Moment,” this song is written by Kenny Chesney. During Championship Saturday (Dec. 5) and Dick’s Sporting Goods Kickoff Week (Sept. 3-7), this song has to be used exclusively on ESPN’s college football game and studio telecasts.
During its pregame show on Sept. 3, ESPN debut the song at 7 p.m. As the networks go in and out of commercial breaks and for promotions of upcoming show elements and programs, the Kenney Chesney’s “This Is Our Moment” song has to be used as an opening tease, across ESPN platforms and across ABC.
Chesney recalled that it was one of the spontaneous inspiration’s moments, when he was talking about struggle of the football players into getting on that field. He touched on the inspiration for making music and his moments when it’s time to turn it up, time to take the stage, time to rock ‘n’ roll, and time to start the show.
Their moment was the energy, passion, drive and anticipation, in the athletes and artists feel right before they take their kind of field. Chesney has captured, both musically and lyrically sense.
