The show tells about unlikely partnership between a con artist and an FBI agent who have been playing cat and mouse for years. A charming criminal mastermind, Neal Caffrey is lastly caught by his nemesis, FBI Agent Peter Burke.
Peter nabs him once again when Neal escapes from a maximum-security prison to find his lost love. Neal advises an alternate plan rather than returning to jail like he will give his criminal skill to help the Feds in catching other indefinable criminals. Neal provides insight and intuition that can’t be found on the right side of the law finds by Peter as initially wary.
