I went to see Avatar a couple of weeks ago (VUE EASTLEIGH). We booked the tickets early in the morning, they didn’t give us an option for “allocated” seats. To our surprise, we were allocated S29 and S30, right at the top, right at the corner. Sound was poor, but our main disappointment: the 3D effects where “nowhere to be seen”. I complained to their customer services team and they’ve told me that in this occassion they are not going to compensate me as they had “people” testing the film from all the angles. I am disgusted to see how their customer services work. They told me that “next time, talk to the deputy manager”. Well, there won’t be a next time as I AM NEVER going to that robbing place again. IF I were you, I WOULD AVOID!!!!! If I could, I would give it ZERO stars…
