- The results of two major WWE title changes will be remembered by of WWE Hell in Cell. Randy Orton defeated John Cena in Hell in a Cell match and now Randy Orton is new WWE Champion as well as the Undertaker defeated CM Punk in Match and now The Undertaker is New World Heavyweight Champion.
- Divas Championship: Mickie James (c) def. Alicia Fox by pin following the Mickie-T to retain.
- Unified Tag Team Championship: Big Show & Chris Jericho (c) def. Batista & Rey Mysterio by Big Show (c) pinning Rey Mysterio following the Knockout Punch to retain.
- WWE Championship: Hell in a Cell Match: Randy Orton def. John Cena (c) by pin following the Punt to win the WWE Title.
- United States Championship: Triple Threat: Kofi Kingston (c) def. The Miz & Jack Swagger by pinning The Miz following the Swagger Bomb by Jack Swagger to retain.
- Drew McIntyre def. R-Truth by pin following the Scot Drop.
- The main action of the match was D-Generation X’s Triple H and Shawn Michaels defeating The Legacy’s Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. These records mark fifteen WWE major title changes in 2009.
There should be a match of Batista vs Undertaker or there should be a 6-man tag in which in the first team members will be John Cena,Triple HHH and shawn michels and in second team Randy Orton,Cody Rodes and Ted Dibiase. There should be a match of John Cena and Randy Orton so John Cena can retain its WWE championship. There should be a match for Unified Tag team chamionship in which in 1st team there will be Batista and Triple HHH and in 2nd team Big show and Chris Jericho.
