Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Chocolate chip cookies is one such recipe made out of chocolate that has been passed down generations and still seems to create the same child-like enthusiasm in the person that is about to devour it. Cookies traces back in history as a recipe that came across by accident while bakers were adopting a certain recipe for a cake. In order to test the required temperature of the oven they added the cake batter in small amounts and as an end result got crispy flat versions that tasted real good. Same was the case of chocolate chip cookies where chocolate bits were accidentally sprinkled on the cookie batter due to absence of cocoa ingredient, in the hope that the chocolate would melt, instead the chocolate just softened and thus chocolate chip cookie was born.

Although the ingredients are same in all the recipes that exist in the world the taste and texture of the cookies do vary accordingly.
