Easy Sugar Cookies – Sugar Cookies Recipe
Here is the quick and easy recipe of making Sugar Cookies. Sugar Cookies are a tender and sweet cookie that has wonderfully crisp edges. You can make ideal holiday cookies when you festively decorate your sugar cookies.
Everyone knows that cookies means biscuits, but their name are different. Like Germans call them kels, Americans cookies, the Spanish galletas and in English biscuits. Sugar cookies are a favorite snack of every member of the family. People enjoy eating cookies and it is easy to make.
The first mini cake made to test the temperature of oven by the baker before cooked final cake. These mini cake were called “koekje” in Dutch. Cookies can be made in all shapes, size, forms, and colors. In every occasion, we required cookies for guests specially children. They look very yummy, so most of people eat them with a cup of tea. Especially it is used in parties, picnics, camp parties, tea parties, etc. Children take them in their lunch boxes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large eggs
- 2 tsp. milk
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation:
- With the help of electric mixer, mix up the butter and sugar properly.
- After that mix egg pulp and milk.
- After that take a small bowl and blend flour, salt and baking powder.
- Now, slowly mix butter mixture and flour mixture with the electric mixer
- Cut off bread in two parts and make two bulky pancakes.
- Cover in plastic wrap and store at a low temperature for 2 to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Now by using cookies cutter cut down cookies about ¼ inch in various shapes.
- Put cookies on sheet and bake at least 6-8 minutes until it becomes brownish in color.
- Take out cookies from cookies sheet and keep in cool place for 10 minutes.
