Garlic and Alfalfa are cholesterol lowering herb, they can reduce the cholesterol level in person’s body, which the body cannot regulate it normally. Heart disease patients have to intake of foods rich in vitamin E, this vitamin improve oxygenation of the cells, due to this heart promotes functioning.
