    Most weight loss programs are quite a bit of a hype. One good simple rule of thumb is if you eat less calories than you burn off, you will lose weight in the long run. (hint hint, count your calories)

    A healthy way to shed the weight is to lose ONE POUND PER WEEK. (so if you want to lose 50 lb, it SHOULD take you a whole year…)

    Count Calories and exercise!!

I wish to level out that health and safety comes first with any weight reduction plan,this comes from my very own expertise -i decided to take off 100 pounds of 270 –and i did, but in brief period and without correct plan,you possibly can only imagine what i was passing through, starving,always exercising,feeling stressed out…….the record was endless.Regardless of how fat you can be, do not forget that wholesome weight reduction is just not going to occur by night and in case you do not change way of life you will combat the fats your complete life.

    I have been starting to work with weights now that I am in high school, and I want to learn which vitamins and minerals to take. I want to take only natural things and FORGET anything like steriods. No way am I gonna mess myself up. Anybody have any advice?

    I have been on the plan for four weeks (middle of week 5 right now) and have lost 14 pounds. I am halfway through my goal and with 7 weeks to go. I started it because three of my coworkers started it and combined they lost 130 pounds.

    The plan is expensive but how much is being healthy and looking good worth to you? To me is worth not shopping for clothes or going to the movies and not eating out in order to be able to afford it. I lost 5.8 pounds on the 3-day preparation stage.

    The supplements are delicious and you can save some money if you buy them in bulk instead of buying a box at a time. I feel comfortable with the diet because I am never hungry. I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, fruits, dinner and another snack. I mean that’s a lot of food!

    The program might be difficult for people who are used to ordering take out, or eating at fast food restaurants. I am used to cooking my meals and even taking them to work so it wasn’t that big of a change to my lifestyle. I fit in my old jeans already and I’m ecstatic.

    All the people I’ve dealt with in the Center have been helpful, encouraging and informative. They do apply some pressure for you to buy products but I have no problem saying no and they haven’t made me feel uncomfortable about it.

    There is some thinking involved in the program, remembering measurements, what you are allowed to eat, missing cheddar cheese and weighing my food, but so worth it when you start feeling the results.
    This is THE ONLY diet I have been on in a lifetime of weight struggles that I can foresee sticking to for the rest of my life. It’s easier to eat unhealthily but so much more satisfying to look in the mirror and see the old me.
