Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (10% fat)
1 eggs, lightly beaten
1 piece Bread, multigrain, torn into small pieces
1/4 cup whole milk
1/3 cup fresh chopped onion, finely chopped
1 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp Sauce, Worcestershire, low sodium
1/2 cup unsweetened ketchup
1/2 cup fresh chopped onion
1/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp Sauce, Worcestershire, low sodium
1/8 tsp black pepper

Direction:

First mix jointly beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Form mixture into one inch spheres. Place meatballs in a frying pan and cook over medium heat until browned. Mix together ketchup, onion, sugar substitute, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Spoon sauce over meatballs. Move pan to a 350 degree F oven and bake 50 to 60 minutes.

2. 20-Minute Pasta Sauce: A super easy tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 medium onions, chopped
6 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil, leaves, minced
28 oz Tomatoes, pear, crushed, canned, FS
1/2 cup red wine, dry
1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes

Direction
First fry onion and garlic 5 minute in oil over medium-high heat. Then mix basil, tomatoes, wine and chili flakes to onion and garlic and let boil 10 minutes, stirring often to break up tomatoes.

3, 3-Cheese Pasta: Mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar cheeses combined with corn in a creamy mushroom sauce, served over noodles.

Ingredients
10 3/4 oz Soup, cream of mushroom, reduced sodium, condensed, canned
1 tsp Seasoning, Italian medley
1/2 cup fresh mushroom slices
1/4 cup reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Cheese, mozzarella, reduced fat, shredded
1/3 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup cooked pasta
1/2 cup Corn, yellow, kernels, super sweet, frozen, thawed

Direction
First mix the mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese in a skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. And then mix in the mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring often. Mix in the noodles and corn, and then lower heat and boil for 5 minutes, rousing occasionally.

4, African Fried Spinach: An African recipe of spinach fried with mushrooms, onion, and garlic.

Ingredients
10 oz fresh baby spinach, rinsed
1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and quartered
1 yellow onion, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch garlic powder (to taste)

Direction
Heat the olive oil in a wok, or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and onion, and cook until they are about halfway done. Add the spinach, and liberally sprinkle with garlic powder. Fry until the spinach has wilted, about 5 to 7 minutes.

5, Almond Rice: Rice infused with almonds and green onions.

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 tbsp amaretto (or any almond liqueur)
2 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup fresh chopped green onion, minced

Directions
Heat oil in skillet, adds almonds, and cook just until golden. Add liqueur and rice to skillet. Mix until heated. Add onions; stir to mix well.
