Mother’s day is celebrated on Sunday, 9th May. Mother’s day is a special day for honoring Mothers through out the world, daughters express their feeling through the poems.

Mother’s day is celebrated in the month of May to give honor to mothers and motherhood. Every second Sunday of May is a much-awaited day for celebrating mother’s day. Mother, who give birth a child, nursed him/her through sickness, lulled him/her to sleep, woke up in the morning, helped to do homework and without any asking, she has done everything for her child, so children want to make one day a year to feel her special. Children give a free eCard, special greeting or a personalized gift, use one of the printables to write her a hand written message, make her the “Queen of the feast” or wish her in many languages, for making special their mothers on mother’s day.

A vary beautiful relationship is shared by a mother and her daughter. A mother gives guidance to her daughter, when her daughter grows up. By providing guidance, mothers make sure that her daughter never does anything that will harm her in future. A mother becomes a closest friend of her daughter when she enters in adulthood. Daughter can express the beauty of a mother-daughter relationship through poems. Words can not express the feelings of daughter towards her mother so poem is the best way to present it easily.

“E” is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
“R” means right, and right she’ll always be,

Put them all together, they spell “MOTHER”,
A word that means the world to me.

My mama one of the proud and the few.
She stood for freedom and did what she had to do.
My mama was a marine a PFC to be exact.
She loved what she did and wouldn’t take it back.

From the moment I open my eyes
And even while I sleep
I always know you come in to have a little peek
To make sure that I’m safe

We’re daughter and mother
Not so long ago.
We give and take
And take and give
Along time’s endless row.
Love is passed
And love received
To be passed on again:
A precious heirloom
Twice, twice blessed,
A spiritual cardigan.
I’ll put it on
And treasure it,
The me I have received,
And when the roles
Reverse again,
I’ll have what I most need.

the one who gave me life into this world
who milk kept me fed
The loving u have given me has made me the person i am today

Mum today is your birthday,
Today we celebrate,
We celebrate the day you were born, from a baby to a woman,
you mean the world to me mum,

She help me though, her intelligent brain.
Even if there was hail or rain.
She was always there for me no matter what.
Reminding me to not lose the plot.

You taught me the meaning of life. You always stood right by my side.
You taught me what was right, and brought me into the light.
You did your best for me, now i`m the person you hope i`d be.
You taught me everything I know. To raise me you were alone.
