Military Spouse Appreciation Day is celebrated each year on the Friday before Mother’s Day.  It is also called like “Memorial Day”, “Victory Day” and “Armed Forces Week”. It was proclaimed by President Reagan in 1984. He intended to show the appreciation of a grateful nation for the sacrifices made by the families of those who defend our freedom.

This is day celebrated on honor of the Military spouse who are done their job and accepted all challenges alone and we have to salute their strength and boldness on this special day.
