The world celebrates world photography day today August 19 Every Year. First announcement of a photograph is made on august, 19 1839. Today’s life, photography is everywhere like in entertainment, from documentation to creating stunning pictorial works of art, etc.
World photography day was celebrated in august, 19 1991 by India International Photography Council and has encouraged other societies in other countries to do the same. Unfortunately, due to lack of publicity, the photographic community around the globe is unaware of this. There will be a hope that the awareness of World Photography Day will increase by joint efforts of PSA and other organizations.
One of the most significant inventions of the 19th century is Photography. Had this unique medium not been invented, our world would have been much darker than it is today.
