    I hve been on the phone w/4 different people asking for some help from your company. I need to please lower my payment for this month, I have been w/lung and bone cancer, I am not able to work and have no income as of yet. I need to also lower my intest rate not sure as to why I an paying 18.99. I have been a good paying customer paying more than my min. due payment each month, why can’t I now get the help I need for a couple of months. I don’t want to lose or close my account.
