When I first opened the account over two years ago , I signed up on their website. I had an automatic electronic withdrawal to pay my bill , so I never needed to go back to their site. Then , they started raising my rates. Then I had a dispute with them about some equipment. I have tried to log in to my account and I have found out that 1) my screen name is not my correct screen name 2) My password is not my correct password 3) My mother’s maiden name is no longer my mother’s maiden name 4) I was apparently born somewhere other than the city of my birth 5) Someone has changed the last four digits of my Social Security number.
And I can’ find away to correct any of this misinformation , and view my bill on line.
I have my bill paid from my checking account. Can’t find anywhere a reason why my monthly bill went up 5 bucks. Thanks for the free starzs for 12 months. I don’t want it. Is the increase for the free starzs? I’d rather keep my 5 bucks and you can keep your starz.

I’m very unhappy with Dish TV for just one reason. I call customer support and they “tried” to fix a problem, but they didn’t. I’m ready to go to DirectV, cable, or just start dooing without. Dish TV seems to be more interested in new customers than keeping current ones.
