How do I pay my bill online with a check?
I also am not able to pay my bill online. I have never had a problem until now . When I access the account the screen with the statement will appear for a second and then go off. I was just wondering if anyone else is having difficulty paying their bill online too.
Your sight for paying bills on line is really stupid your, costumer service people should learn the language. still can’t pay my bill. The language is english by the way!
I find it quite peculiar that so many people cannot login to view charges. My bill went up and I cannot view my account to see what the charges are. My Id and Password no longer work since I started receiving online statements. I called for help and did not receive any info that would solve the problem. Direct TV is definitely an option.
I called, approximately 3 weeks ago, to have my local channels turned on. I was told that two of my three receivers would need to be replaced. The first receiver they sent me was wrong, I returned it per instructions. The second receiver, that you sent, was wrong(I still have this one, am waiting for instrustions on returning this receiver). I have tried talking to someone on the phone and I don’t receive the right equipment, or I get cut off. This is the second time I have E-Mailed my problem and no one has responded, despite the 48 hr, guaranteed response. I now am paying for local channels, that I cannot receive from you, and also paying Time Warner for the local channels, that I am supposed to be receiving from you. I need help, any help. This is the first time I have ever has a difficulty with Dish Service.

your online billing statements are very hard to use and try to get help from someone that knows what you are talking about it even harder – i have spoke to 3 different people and still cannot log in
dish;to whom it may concern;i payed 185.00 10/1/10 and i told the lady that i talked to last week that i wanted to renstate my services but i wanted to take off 2 channels encore and outdoors channels and she told me when i made my payment to call you and you all will take them off and i would have to pay 185.00 to have it restated but i keep calling but i can;t get noone but a machine and it wont let me talk with any one can you start my tv back thank you so very much and may you have a good day .
I am dissapointed in Dish Network television. I have been a customer for over 8 years. Dish screwed up on my bill and I screwed up on my bill. I did make a payment in September but this was not enough. They shut me off. This makes me very angry since I have always payed Dish Network . I found out I can get a better deal with Direct TV so if Dish Network doesn’t turn me back on they can go to HELL and shut me off.
