You will have two options for bill payment:
1.) Pay Outstanding amount
2.) Pay fixed amount
Minimum fixed bill payment amount is AED 10.
Maximum fixed bill payment amount is AED 2,500 per transaction.
How to register for mobile pay service:
If you have an account then you can login by entering your username and password. New user can go for registration. For that enter personal information such as title, first name, last name, email address, mobile number, contact number. For Username and password, choose username and password, retype password, select security question and write answer. Then for account registration, enter mobile number, internet access, and fixed line, after reading terms and conditions, accept it and click on continue and follow instructions.
How can pay Etisalat bills through Mobile pay service?
After successful online registration on Mobile pay service, Dial *123# from your registered and activated mobile phone, Select “Mobile pay” option and one of the payment options such as Bill Payment, Wasel Recharge, Wasel Renewal, Maysour Recharge, and Maysour Renewal, then you will be able to view your various Etisalat accounts as registered on Etisalat online services website and activated for mobile payment service.
You have to choose the account, Enter and confirm the amount, enter your mobile PIN code, previously registered on Etisalat Online services website. Confirm the transaction and Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
