One day I have not yet received the Credit card sent to me from the bank. First time Courier person come to my home but locked. And then I call on slip written no 022-32029252 but the number not working. After then I found new number form www.expressit.in site and I called that no. & told send my card courier on 25-04-2009 Saturday. On that day I waiting for receiving that courier but not any courier person come. I have never seen such a worst courier service and when I call their offices, I get a very rude response.

Express-it courier services is not trustworth at all . For last one year, my bank ICICI is sending my bank statements through this courier and I havent recieved any one of them yet there system shows them delivered. They are not trustworthy at all and most unprofessional service provider I have seen. Just look at the consumer complaints on google to verify.

This is one of the reasons why they dont have consumer complaints section in there website and they boast of having branches in 14 countries and innumerable cities in india. It’s a shame that below mentioned respected top people in this company dont do anything abt people complaints.

One package was sent from HDFC Bank Mumbai at my address at A-167, Block-a , Sector-19, Noida 201301. Courier came at my residence, but he could not deliver the package as she was not able to produce her photo I card. She told him to come tommorrow, I will show you my photo I card. Today I have come to know from credit card call center (where I have logged my protest) that you are returning this consignment due to reason that packet could not delivered. May I know the reason for the same?
I received a call from your office on 22/04 saying that packet could not be delivered due to no ID proof was shown and your representative will visit my home again on 23/04 for delivery. After the call I inquired with my family and came to know that no body visited home to deliver any packet on 22/04. Anyway we again waited for the same to be delivered on 23/04 but no bode turned up. Now I came to know that packet is returned.. why? IT THIS THE SERVICES YOU ARE PROVIDING!!!
You may like to know that on 22/04 two couriers are delivered to my home from two different banks and on 24/04 one Indian Passport is delivered at my home. It is your services only which returns the important packet undelivered even without visiting my home.

One document from ICICI BANK SENT THROUGH EXPREXXIT COURIER on my Aurangabad address (the way bill No.2794684465 ) and it is not delivered to me . But when enquired at the customer care of expressit they have informed me that the courier has already delivered on 27.07.10 at 15 Hrs. On enquiry it is understood that this importent courier is delivered to somebody else. I do not understand how the courier persons are delivering these type of importent papers are delivering to some others. This is a serious issue as the papers very urgent and to submit on 29.07.10 to some authority. I have complained to the customer services of expressit courier services but no clear reply has received.
This is a serious laps and express courier courier is to compansate if the issue not sortout immedialtly.
