One day I have not yet received the Credit card sent to me from the bank. First time Courier person come to my home but locked. And then I call on slip written no 022-32029252 but the number not working. After then I found new number form www.expressit.in site and I called that no. & told send my card courier on 25-04-2009 Saturday. On that day I waiting for receiving that courier but not any courier person come. I have never seen such a worst courier service and when I call their offices, I get a very rude response.

   I have renewed my car insurance from Reliance and they sent the policy documents through Express IT courier.When I tracked my AWB no. it showed as delivered but in fact it was not delivered at all.The receiver name it showed was Rakesh and I dont know this guy at all.When I call the customer care nos.they dont pick the call or it gives busy tone.They are totally negligent in performing their duties.

   Parcel despatch from SBI on 20.10.2010 has not received till today. Instead of repeated calls your customer care centre at Mumbai is not responding.
