E-business services are also offered by Acer for home users, government, education and business. The series of Acer’s Liquid smartphone had been introduced in January 2010 for first time. Liquid Metal, Liquid E Ferrari, Liquid E comes in the Acer’s smart phone category. Acer’s Liquid Mini is smaller than Liquid E.
Acer Liquid Mini is stylish device with 3.2 inch touch screen display. It supports Bluetooth, USB connectivity, FM Radio, video player, WiFi, DLNA compatibility and a 2 gig micro sd with up to 32 gig chips supported. The phone gets power from 600MHz Qualcomm 7227 processor and operates on Android OS. It has 5 megapixel camera that is able to record HD quality videos in 480p. 512MB RAM, 521MB ROM memory and 32GB external memory are included in the device.
Message system of device contains Instant Messaging, Email, Push mail and Predictive text input method. It includes 1300 mAh Li-Po Standard Battery that offers 6.30 hours talk time or 480 hours. Other advanced features of Acer Liquid Mini contain touch sensitive controls, multi-touch input method, accelerometer sensor, Google search, maps, Google talk, Picasa integration, YouTube, Gmail, 3.5 mm Headphone jack, and interesting games.
Liquid Mini is built with Acer’s Social Jogger app that integrates Facebook and Twitter social network. Users can access powerpoint, excel and pdf files as it has microsoft document viewer. It has various data modes including EDGE, GPRS, HTML Internet Browsing and 3G. It supports digital compass and A-GPS. Acer Liquid Mini will be appeared in the April 2011 at UK with blue, black, pink, green and silver colors. It will be available at approximately cost of Rs. 15000.
