HP TouchSmart 310 Review: Specs & Price of HP's All-in-one PC

The HP TouchSmart 310 features a slim, 20-inch HD multitouch display, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, AMD’s 2.8GHz Athlon II 240e dual-core processor, 4GB of RAM, up to 2 TB of storage, built-in wireless LAN and a webcam. It also has a DVD burner and an optional TV tuner. Those indeed are mouthwatering specs. The HP TouchSmart 310 starts at $699.99 and will be available on September 22, 2010. Although the hardware specs of the device seem superbly enthralling I am really not convinced with the processor selection if the company had done so much hard work to give such good specs at such low cost then why not use the Intel i7 processor in place of the AMD’s Athlon but as you say not everything is perfect which indeed brings me to the HP TouchSmart tm2.
