Inspiration Works, a UK based tablet maker, is planning to launch the much anticipated Kurio 7 tablet in coming few days. The new generation tablet, aimed for both kids and adult, was first unveiled at the Toy Fair 2012 held back in the month of February 2012. The Kurio 7 tablet is expected to enter the market with an approximate price tag of $233. It will be working on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System. The tablet will come preloaded with numerous educational and fun apps for kids. It will have a 7 inch capacitive touchscreen display with an impressive resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.

The Kurio 7 tablet will have a large protective shell made up of rubber to make the tablet more kid-friendly. Plus, the best part of this cover is that it can be removed and reaffixed easily, which is definitely useful feature for adults. The tablet will come with a perfect kids-friendly User Interface. Plus, the software will allow the parents to manage up to 8 different profiles, which will help the parents to prevent their children by visiting inappropriate sites or content. Parents can even block certain sites by using any keyword or by providing specific URL. Till now, there is no info about the processor on which the device will work.
The tablet users will also get Wi-Fi connection and full access to Google Play store. It is expected that the tablet will be capable of 1080p playback with the help of its HDMI out port. The device will also support a USB port for connecting the tablet with a joystick or a computer. Moreover, it will offer 4GB of internal storage capacity which can be further expanded to up to 32 GB via a micro SD card.
