Three videos of the upcoming Motorola Droid 3 have been leaked on YouTube which confirmed some of its features. All the videos are tutorials on using the phone as well as look to be official. Motorola Droid 3 will be come on upcoming successor of Verizon to the Motorola Droid 2 Global. The videos are leaked by PhonePads, German technology blog. Videos confirmed that the phone will feature 5-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard with a dedicated row of number keys, 8 megapixels camera which can shoot 1080p HD video recording, HDMI out, Swype and Micro-USB.
Droid 3 also includes a pair of volume keys on the right edge and 4 Inch qHD 960×540 display. In the videos, no discussion is made about dual-core silicon. Motorola Droid 3 do not have camera shutter button. The videos do not reveal whether the phone will have Android 2.3 Gingerbread or not. In all videos, Verizon clearly confirmed that software shown in videos is not final. There is also no information about the CPU in the leaked videos but it is supposed to have TI OMAP or Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core chipset. The release date of Motorola Droid 3 is not confirmed yet but it is expected to be released in the beginning of Q3.
