The common specs of the TZ100, TZ200 and TZ300 include 7 inch display, 512MB RAM and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, while the display type differs in all of them. As well, all MTNL Lofty tabs come with 0.3MP camera that supports Video calling function. All these three budget tablets are targeted to the users who are finding for a low budget tablet PC’s. Starting with the high-end model, TZ100 is costly out of three as it is packed with high-end features and specs. It has inbuilt 3G SIM card slot, which can be even used to make calls, while other two tablets are Wi-Fi enabled and support 3G through USB Dongle for use of 3G. The pre-installed Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS is another plus point, somewhat unpredicted from the native’s product. Lofty TZ100

The best among the three, Lofty TZ100 is loaded with a 1 GHz Cortex A9 architecture based processor and runs on Android 4.0 (well-known as the Ice Cream Sandwich). It features 7” LCD Multi touch – Capacitive Touch Screen with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution display. It also has 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32 GB. It has a primary camera of 3 megapixel and a secondary camera of 0.3 megapixel for video calling and this handset supports video formats including MPEG, MKV, AVI, FLV, RM/RMVB, and VP8. Lofty TZ200

A mid range Android 4.0 (Ice-Cream Sandwich) based tablet, Lofty TZ200 is based on a 1.2 GHZ Cortex A8 processor. This 7 inch LCD Capacitive touch screen tablet with 800 x 480 pixels resolution also has 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage, expandable up to 32 GB through micro SD slot. It sports a front 0.3 megapixel camera for video calling, but no rear camera. It supports video formats such as AVI, FLV, MPEG, MKV, RM/RMVB, and VP8 and could play 1080P videos. There is a USB port for 3G connectivity. The handset has an HDMI output to connect with your TV, comes with 3000 mAh battery and supports USB and WiFi connectivity.

Lofty TZ300

Similar to BSNL’s T-Pad IS701R, MTNL Teracom Lofty TZ300 features 7-inch display with screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels with a resistive touch in order to keep the price on the lower side. Equipped with 1.2GHz Arm Cortex A9 Processor and supporting 512MB RAM, this tab is a decent slate that is worth purchasing. It runs on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and has 4 GB of internal storage, expandable up to 32 GB. The battery capacity is 3000 mAh and supports USB and WiFi connectivity. It has a VGA front facing camera and will support 3G through external dongle. Just like above two tabs, it supports video formats including AVI, FLV, MPEG, MKV, RM/RMVB, and VP8, and also can play 1080P videos.
