Samsung is expected to add two music-oriented Android smartphones in its Galaxy lineup, named Galaxy Music and the Galaxy Music Duos. Just a few days ago, the name Galaxy Music was spotted when Samsung had announced the list of phones that will be upgraded to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. Now, a fresh set of images and specs of the Galaxy Music device have been leaked online ahead of the official announcement. Telekom-presse and Sammy Hub have published the first images of Galaxy Music device along with its full specs. As per the leaks, the Galaxy Music will come in two variants – The Galaxy Music and the Galaxy Music DUOS. Plus, it is also expected that these music phones will make its debut at an event in Frankfurt to be held on 11th of October 2012.

Samsung’s Galaxy Music is reportedly entering the market with model number GT-S6010, on the other hand the Galaxy Music Duos with dual SIM connectivity will be made available in GT-S6012 model number. The rumors also states that Galaxy Music and Galaxy Music Duos, both will have same set of features apart from the dual SIM connectivity. Both models will feature an impressive 3-inch QVGA display with 320 × 240 pixels of resolution. Under the hood, they may sport a single-core A9 850 Mhz processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. Most likely, both models will come preloaded with Android 4.0 ICS operating system. However, it will be upgraded to the latest Android Jelly Bean OS in future.
These music centered smartphones are expected to offer 4GB of internal storage capacity along with expandable memory of up to 32 GB, so that the users can hold a few thousands songs. One of the major attractions of the devices will be the physical dual stereo speakers placed on the front of the device. Other music-enhancing features that are expected in both the models include Music Square, 2 SoundAlive extensions, and Smart Volume. Plus, they may come with Music Hub 2.0, which is a full service portal for streaming music, playlists, downloads, recommendations, and sharing. Users will also be able to access Google’s Play Store for other players and music portals.
Both smartphones will offer some really useful connectivity options like Wi-Fi, WI-Fi hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS, and Bluetooth. There will be a rear camera of 3 MP for all your photography needs. Plus, they would come pre-installed with various applications including, Google Talk messenger, ChatOn, Google Plus, Google Maps, and lot more. A battery of capacity 1300 mAh will provide the required juice for these phones. Above all, being music-oriented smartphones, they will support a number of audio formats, including MP3, ACC, ACC+, eACC+, OGG, WAV, AMR-NB, AMR-WB, FLAC, MID, IMY, and WMA. However, nothing is official yet. Let’s hope that Samsung will launch these two smartphones for worldwide music lovers very soon.
