As one who has written customer service editorials for ten years I find your “easy payment” online “service” a total farce. What should be an easy execution is impossible to render. I believe this is how you end up collecting $39.95 late fees. I am going to write an article regarding what I consider fraud on your part and distribute it to 1600 newspapers worldwide and all over the Internet. For shame. Another example of big business “public be damned” attititude. For shame! For shame!
