I recieved my new reward card and tried to activate it online only to discover that the your server was down. Next i try telephoning and got no where with that voice activated thing , eventually a female gives me my balance which i did not want. I did get my card activated after another wait. Surely in this day and age a more simple system could be found and used

I recieved a statment today and it still shows default charges. I spoke to someone in your organisation and I was told this will be rectified. I paid my card by phone and my bank statement shows this payment was paid Dec 2009.Will you give this matter your immediate attention please. Thank You Hazel Lindsay.
