I can not log into the program bny a simple method. I keep getting the 14 days free stuff. I have subscribed to the program. There must be s simple way to log in. I have not found it. Please advise.

I am sending another message as I cannot login to ancestry.com like I should be able to.
I do not appreciate getting a site telling me to sign up for ancestry.ca when I want
ANCESTRY.COM
I will be cancelling my subscription if this keeps up.

I have just re-enrolled with Ancestry. When you go into any census…it is now impossible to see the original and also to view others on the page or the surrounding pages. When will this be sorted. I have only a one month subscription and would appreciated the needed information. WHen will it be availabe, and if not…is there a refund. Thanks for any help.
