COMCAST we switched to it because it was easy and simple to work with straight forward WOW now it has to much bull shit that I dont NED and frankly my coleages dont eather there are loosing it with advertisements ofcourse they dont care

I’ve been trying for hours, just to add a seperate E-mail acct. for my wife. I can’t get an acct. that keeps traffic seperate from each other.What’s the big deal. I’ve had support on the phone to assist me. The first, and last thing I asked was, “so now this is going to keep our mail seperate” ?
She said yes.
Like hell it was. We both keep getting each others traffic.

We pay too much on our comcast bills to be screwed around with to receive our emails…….why are you making it so hard to retreive them????????????????????????????????????? you can’t even find the email icon It is a pain in the butt
