I was receving text messages letting me know my balance but all of a sudden it stopped given me that information. I loaded 20 onto my card on 11/06 and I checked my balance right after and it gave me a total of 51.26 on11/07 I tried to purchase 15.00 worth of gas and my balance was 1.00 what is goimg on is someome taking my money

i am not able to open netspend.com login page. Is this netspend login page for card holder of Netspend Prepaid Debit Cards only?
