Enter user name and password at the right side of the website, if you want to view bills, process service requests, order new products and services, check the status of pending orders and more, sign on to other Sprint accounts and select a product.

- If you have not remember your user ID and password then use My Sprint Account Manager (MySAM) – Use the tools on this page to request your user name or password.
- If you have not logged in then Re-register for a new MySAM user name and password.
- To view points or access mileage information do not use My Sprint Account Manager (MySAM) instead of it use Customercenter.sprint.com
For having trouble in login, see here and fill up the information of your billing telephone number with area code (or your FONCARD number with PIN) and your MySAM e-mail address. Click Get User Name button and you will receive an e-mail with your user name.
You have to provide your billing telephone number with area code or your FONCARD number with PIN and your User Name for reset a password. Now enter password and confirm again it. Now you can log-in with new password.

For registration at Sprint.com, first of all enter customer number then give Billing Telephone Number OR FONCARD number with PIN. Enter first name, last name and email address, and do not forget to tick mark for if you agree to receive e-mails, special offers, announcement and services. Your next step is to enter user name, call date and time. (Terms and condition for writing this detail are provided on the registration page). Give answer to security question.
