From a very straightforward login process you have managed to construct a confusing and complicated one. Congratulations
Wherei is the simple Log in site? You have a tiny picture of the usual login and this is display only. You have really stuffed it up. Now have to wander around the websites and search for a login area. Fix it. Commonwealth updated and magnaged to leave their simple netbank login easy and accessible. Yours states login for Australia yet there is not login available. Are you going to continue to ignore your customers in Australia?

Logging in these days is almost impossible and takes the longest time!!! feel like I’m getting the run around from one web page to another trying to find the log in site. Not good Westpac!!!!
